Yu-Gi-Oh! (1998-)


Yu-Gi-Oh! is an exciting new universe based on on a card game played with monsters, spells, and traps. This strategy card game lets characters face off against one another, without resorting physical violence. The stakes of each game are sometimes high as characters compete to protect their friends, helped loved ones, or determine the fate of the world. 

The Original Yu-Gi-Oh! Series (1998-2006)  Meet Yugi and his best buds Joey, Tristan, and Tea who share the newest game that's sweeping the nation: DUEL MONSTERS, and everyone is obsessed with this game. Legend has it five thousand years ago ancient Egyptian Pharaohs used to play a magical game very similar to Duel Monsters. This ancient game involved magical ceremonies, which were used to foresee  the future and ultimately decide ones destiny called the Shadow Games. It was not long before the game got out of hand and threatened to destroy the world, fortunately a brave Pharaoh stepped in and averted this cataclysm. Meanwhile, Yugi's grandfather gives him an Egyptian puzzle that no one ever solved until he finally put the pieces together and his life changed forever. The puzzle instills Yugi with the Pharaoh spirit and the two work together to form a stronger, more confident duelist. 
Yu-Gi-Oh! Gx (2004-2008)                                Set several years after the previous Yu-Gi-Oh! series, GX follows a new generation of duelists at the prestigious Duel Academy, a highly competitive boarding school where pencils and books have been replaced by Duel Disks and monster cards. It's not about making the grade for these up and coming students, it's about becoming the next King of Games. 
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's (2008-2011)                            The future of dueling is revving up beginning with a new legend set in New Domino City, once the playground to legendary duelist Yugi Moto. This sprawling metropolis had been transformed into a futuristic society where dueling has kicked into overdrive with recent technological advancements made by KaibaCorp. Dueling has undergone a metamorphosis that has revolutionized the makeup and pace of the game and it's now a heart-pounding, adrenaline-filled, and fuel injected competition where duelists ride supercharged hyper cycles called Duel Runners and battle it out in high-octane contests called "Turbo Duels" where the winners and losers are not just separated by skills and strength, but by speed. However for five duelists it's not just about winning or loosing anymore, its about survival. They are known as Signers who have been marked by destiny to uncover the secrets of the five dragons. 
Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal (2011-2015)                            Taking place in the near future in a place called Heartland City, the story focuses on Yuma Tsukumo. He is a young duelist who strives to become the Duel Monsters Champion, despite him being an amateur. One day during a duel with his rival, a mysterious spirit called Astral appears and helps him to win. He explains to Yuma he is in search of his memories which has been transformed into 100 Xyz Monster cards called Numbers scattered around the globe. These cards have the ability to possess the duelists who own them and bring out their darkest desire so they team up to get the cards back.  
Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V (2014-)                                              In Paradise City's You Show Duel School, a second year middle school student named Yuya Sakaki aspires to become a professional Dueltainer. He awakens with a power called Pendulum Summoning, which attracted attention of the Leo Corporation's president, Declan Akaba. Yuya then meets three other Duelists who resemble him and these look-alikes originate from other dimensions besides the standard dimension they are in. Everyone find themselves in the middle of an interdimensional conflict. 
Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains (2017-)                                               In a place known as Den City, thousands of duelists take part in a virtual reality space known as Link Vrains where users can create unique avatars and participate in games of Duel Monsters with each other. As a mysterious organization known as Knights of Hanoi threaten this world, a high-school student named Yusaku Fujiki battles against them under the guide of Playmaker.

Naruto (2002-)

Naruto is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto. It tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, an adolescent ninja who searches for recognition from his peers and his village  and also dreams of becoming a Hokage, the leader of the village. The story is in two parts, the first set in Naruto's pre-teen years and the second in his teens. Naruto (2002-2009)  This series centers on adventures of Naruto who is determined to become a Hokage, the ninja in the village who is acknowledged as the leader and the strongest of them all. He grew up with no family and the villagers hated him because he had the soul of a great demon fox. This fox was known as the nine-tailed fox and it destroyed many lands in its path. The Fourth Hokage sealed the spirit in Naruto as a baby in exchange for his own life.
